The Scholarship Foundation has awarded scholarships totaling more than $6 million to 1,814 Santa Barbara County students for the coming academic year. As reported by KEYT/KKFX/KCOY, two of this year’s awardees are the daughters of educators killed by a suspected drunken driver in February.
