The incumbent will support the daily operation of the organization’s Programs Department and assist in all aspects of the scholarship award process. This is a part-time position. The California Student Aid Commission has just announced a deadline extension: Students now have until April 2 to complete their FAFSA or CADAA for Cal Grant and Middle Class Scholarship consideration.

The Scholarship Foundation's annual pizza and application submission party was a great success today at Lompoc High School, resulting in about 30 submissions in two hours. The dapper gentleman sporting a white hat is our very own Jose Olvera leading the charge.

Solvang's California Nature Art Museum was the site of our inaugural Santa Ynez Valley art scholarship reception last evening. The turnout was quite good despite the weather! Photos and additional information coming soon! Art submissions from seniors at Santa Ynez Valley Union High School are on exhibit at the museum through March 9.

The Scholarship Foundation honored 20 talented student artists from South County high schools at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art last Thursday.
